In Short-
A support service where you conduct a training camp/clinic/event the way you want and we do the rest to create a professional, legally complaint, money making training program, including program creation, organization, promotion, operational support, risk mitigation, and accounting.
What We Provide:
- Protection for You – We will secure insurance to cover you, your staff, and the facility, ensure liability waivers are signed for each participant, and set up payouts for you and your staff in compliance with Federal and State requirements
- Marketing – Flyer graphic design, website design and build, email marketing campaign including calendar and scheduling, and other items depending on your unique situation
- Registration Management – Online registration portal creation and management including customer inquiries, refunds, credits, and adjustments
- Customer Management – Timely responses to customer questions, workarounds, and complaint resolutions
- Session Roster Management – Compiling, updating, and delivering real time session rosters to enable optimal training efficiency
- Cash Management – Cashless payment processing, financial accounting, and legally complaint and secured payouts to you and your staff
What You Need to Provide:
- Training – Show up and conduct the training as you want to, it’s your Program
- Program Assets – Facility contacts, contact lists, any additional program assets
THAT'S IT!
How it works-
STEP 1 - Consultation
We meet and answer your questions and then work with you to build the perfect Program for you. You specify the dates, times, fees, and location. The Program will be yours and will bear your name only. Our service is invisible to your customers.
STEP 2 - Build and Manage
After agreement on the Program specifics, we start building the Program including website, marketing materials, campaign schedule, online registration portal, insurance coverage, payroll, waivers, and more. We will provide regular updates along the way.
STEP 3 - Train and Payout
We will provide a registrant roster for each session so that you can check paid participation. We will also give you a way to digitally take on-site registrations. After you finish training, we will promptly issue payouts to you and staff.

Girl's Varsity Volleyball Coach, Katy Daly
We worked with Santa Margarita Catholic High School Girl’s Varsity Volleyball Coach, Katy Daly, to conduct Spring and Summer training clinics in 2024. We handled all the marketing (email and social media), website development, registration management, waiver collection, insurance, payroll, accounting, and session support.
