Founders Steve Williams and Warren Martin have extensive experience building and operating athletic experiential programs. Now they offer their expertise to help other coaches and players put together outstanding programs from training camps and clinics, to club programs, competition leagues, or special events. 

Steve Williams: Steve founded and built Team Nikos Basketball Academy into one of the largest basketball training programs in the United States. Steve has operated hundreds of training camps, training academies, recreational leagues, and club teams. In his over 15 years of experience, Steve has seen and learned the best practices for operating training programs that please the players and the parents. 

Warren Martin: Warren is a former business executive with extensive experience in P&L management, operations, and marketing. In his 20+ years of business experience, he has worked for blue chip companies like Kraft Foods, and Bel Brands. Warren became immersed in sports and by coaching basketball for 5 years and partnering with Steve in helping enhance the business operations and experiential aspects of the Team Nikos programs.
