Founders Steve Williams and Warren Martin have extensive experience building and operating youth athletic training programs. Now they offer their expertise to help other coaches put together outstanding training camps, clinics, leagues, and events 

Steve Williams: Steve founded and built Team Nikos Basketball Academy into one of the largest basketball training programs in the United Staes. Steve has operated hundreds of training camps, training academies, youth recreational leagues, and club teams. In his over 15 years of experience, Steve has seen and learned the best practices for operating training programs that please the players and the parents. 

Warren Martin: Warren is a former business executive with extensive experience in P&L management, operations, and marketing. In his 20+ years of business experience, he has worked for blue chip companies like Kraft Foods, Bel Brands, and Yum Brands. Warren became immersed in youth sports by coaching basketball for 5 years and partnering with Steve in helping improve the business operations of Team Nikos.
